Founded in 2004, we are a woman owned (WBE) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), headquartered in PA, with extensive experience in engineering, program and operations management, systems integration, strategy formulation and R&D in a broad range of industries including Rail, Bus, Mining and Energy. 

Encada, LLC founder, Valerie Marcolongo, and her associate, Dr. Willem Ebersöhn, have published 35 accredited papers in professional journals, 19 conference papers, and co-authored a technical best practice railroad manual, which was by invitation of the International Heavy Haul Association.
